Food as it used to be, from the times of retro milk bars. Standards from 1954 to 1977. In order to revive these standards, we first had to produce original ingredients according to these retro standards, such as chemical-free salami, starch-free mayonnaise, Slovak vegetables, jarred according to old standards without chemicals (only sugar, salt, and vinegar). A healthy and quality option and a complete contrast to today's chemical salads sold in chains and other corporations. We are like a milk bar from half a century ago with the same selection. Fish salad Fish salad with mayonnaise from the original 1954 recipe is cooked in its raw state, and it is real Fish salad and not some imitation - cod-like fish (scrap from these similar fish), the eggs are from free-range Slovak farms, and the jarred vegetables are from our Slovak fields (ratatouille without starches and preservatives, cucumbers like grandma's, beetroot without chemicals). Dairy products also come from our agricultural cooperatives. Consume food, not poisons. Treat yourself to delicacies like those from sixty years ago, after which you won’t feel unwell. Ordinary yogurt has been replaced with A2a2 yogurt, which is suitable even for those who have previously been unable to indulge in dairy products. If you don’t taste, you won’t understand.
