What is Bistro.sk?

Bistro.sk is the biggest online food delivery service in Slovakia. Based on location you choose, we will find the restaurants that deliver to you with the always updated prices and estimated delivery time. You just need to select the food you'd like to eat.

What's the difference between average and real delivery time, which is sent to you after the order is made?

Average delivery time is calcualted based on the delivery time of other orders of the restaurant from which you ordered your food. This time is visible on the pages like search or restaurant's detail. Real delivery time is the time accepted by the restaurant to deliver your order in. Average and real delivery times might be different, especially in the rush hours.

What kind of food do you specialize for?

We have a really wide range of dishes across Slovakia. You'll be able to find pizza, burgers, kebab, daily menu, sushi, asian and mexican cuisine as well as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free food. You can find the restaurants and dishes you'd like using the filters in the upper part of the search page after you enter your delivery address.

How do I know when the restaurant is going to delivery my order?

After you successfully make the order you will receive the SMS with the delivery time accepted by the restaurant. You can check all your orders as well as their status in the "Bistro account" section after logging in.

My order has not been delivered yet. What can I do?

In case you have any questions or problems with your order feel free to contact us every day from 10:00 to 22:00 via contact form or on Facebook. In case you ordered via a mobile application from the restaurant which allows the GPS tracking, you can see the preparation and the location of your order real-time on order's detail page which can be found in "Bistro account" section.

What to do when I was not satisfied with the quality of the food?

Each restaurant can be rated after your order is finalized via a short form sent to you by e-mail (usually 6 hours after your order has been placed) or in the "Bistro account" section. Each aspect of your order, like the food quality, delivery time or the overall satisfaction can be rated separately.

What to do when I did not get what I ordered or my order is incomplete?

After each order, we will send you an e-mail with a summary of it. You can check exactly what you ordered and paid for. In case the delivered order is incomplete or does contain different dishes, please contact our customer service at +421 413 210 104 or by e-mail kontakt@bistro.sk.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, almost all of the restaurants accept credit card payments. You can see what payment methods are accepted by each restaurant on the restaurant's detail page.

Do you accept the meal vouchers?

Yes, most restaurants also accept meal vouchers.

Do you accept a meal card payment?

Unfortunately, most restaurants on Bistro.sk do not support payments via meal cards.

I did not receive a confirmation SMS, what should I do?

In this case, we encourage you to contact our customer service center for advice. However, we recommend checking your mailbox to see if you have received a confirmation e-mail as it is possible that you have disabled SMS confirmation.

Do I always need to fill in the delivery address for each order?

No, you do not have to. Just log in with your Azet or Facebook account and enjoy the benefits of remembering multiple delivery addresses, remembering your credit card, order history, and many more.

I paid via credit card but the meal has not been delivered. What can I do?

If your order has been accepted and the restaurant has not delivered your meal, please contact our customer support and we will get you the money back as soon as possible.

My order has been cancelled. Payment has been made via credit card and has already been withdrawn from my account. When will I get my money back?

If the payment has been made using the credit card, the funds will be returned to you as soon as possible after the cancellation of the order. Please check your account balance.

Why should I order from Bistro.sk?

You have a large selection of restaurants with different kinds of dishes, the possibility to see the ratings of the restaurants you want to order from, the option to view your past orders and we make the order experience even better with remembered credit cards, multiple delivery addresses and many others.

Is it possible to use the loyalty program on Bistro.sk?

Yes after log in to your account and collecting five stamps in selected restaurants on Bistro.sk, we will reward you with a discount coupon that you can use when placing your next order. For each restaurant, you must collect stamps separately. You can get the discount at all restaurants that are involved in the Loyalty Program and marked with the appropriate icon.

Why haven't I get a free gift with the order?

From time to time we give various products as a special gift. Usually, the campaign is running only in the chosen cities and restaurants. If the restaurant from which you ordered was involved in the campaign and still you did not receive the gift, we recommend to contact the courier back immediately. The courier should bring the forgotten gift back.

I can't reach the customer service

If you can't reach our customer service, we recommend to be patient and wait on the line. Calls are short, so it shouldn't take too long. Alternatively, try the other ways to communicate, such as email or Facebook.
